Williams Wedding Reception

The Williams family are frequent clients of Rockwell Catering. It is such a pleasure to be able to cater to multiple events in a family. We find that great friendships are developed.

The wedding reception was held in Orem at Sun River Gardens, which is one of those great places that are a plant nursery and also a beautiful reception venue.

The menu was an assortment of small bites that were on a buffet and tray-served:
Pancetta-wrapped asparagus
Filet mignon crostinis with remoulade sauce
Spinach artichoke dip
Foccacia with brie and blackberry jalapeno preserve
Smoked salmon with creme fraiche on homemade potato crisp
Tomato basil bruschetta
Chicken satay skewers with peanut sauce

And for beverages, we served:
Hot apple cider
Strawberry mint water
Cucumber water
Orange and lemon water

And of course, we cannot forget dessert!
Mini fruit tarts
Mini key lime pies
Chocolate and raspberry mousse cups
Cream cheese brownies
