Porter/Mecham Wedding Rehearsal Dinner

Anna and Robert hosted a family dinner the night before their wedding at a local church building. We enjoyed working with Anna and Robert. They were easy to work with and a fun couple.

The buffet was a simple, Italian menu. Each guest chose their pasta and sauce and then either chicken, sausage or shrimp on top.

Buffet:
Alfredo and marinara sauces with penne pasta
Grilled chicken breasts
Sausage and peppers
Sauteed shrimp
Fresh steamed broccoli
Fresh rolls and butter
Antipasto salad
Caesar salad


Dessert:
Chocolate cream cheesecake with chocolate sauce
