Hansen Wedding Reception

Jessica and Colton held their reception at the Rock Canyon Room at the top of the Zions Financial Building in Provo. This was our first time catering in this venue. We hope to be there again soon. The views are beautiful.

Jessica and Colton were looking for substantial appetizers. Not quite a meal but not quite an appetizer. I think what we came up with hit the spot.


Tray-served Appetizers:
Tomato basil bruschetta
Smoked salmon on a hash brown crostini


Buffet:
Cajun chicken sliders
Pulled pork sliders
Spinach and artichoke dip
Swedish-style meatballs
Fresh veggies and roasted red pepper dip and creamy pesto dip


Beverages:
Italian cream soda bar
Lemonade
