BYU Ward Christmas Party

This event was a Christmas dinner for a BYU Ward. Since it was a church function, they wanted to keep the cost down. Luckily, it isn't difficult to have good food at a reasonable price.

Buffet:
Apple and pine nut stuffed pork tenderloin with bearnaise sauce
Herb-roasted chicken
Rice pilaf with red peppers
Steamed fresh vegetables
Warm rolls and butter
Tossed green salad with three dressing options


Beverages:
Lemonade
Strawberry lemonade
Mint ice water


Dessert:
Assorted cookies, cakes and cheesecakes


While we enjoyed catering this event, we didn't love that the kitchen was on the second floor. That meant carrying everything up a big, fat flight of stairs. But I suppose it's good to get some exercise everyone now and again.
