We have done Jumpstart luncheons for Corporate Alliance before, so we wanted to make sure we didn't do any repeat menus. As it turns out, we did some new items and they were a big success.
Tuesday:

Wednesday:
Oven-fried chicken
Pesto mashed potatoes
Southern-style creamed corn

Spinach salad with two dressing options
Thursday:
Grilled tri-tip steak
Homemade mac n' cheese
Steamed fresh vegetables
Soft potato rolls and butter
Spring mix salad with two dressing options
Friday:
Pulled pork sliders with barbecue mayo and banana peppers
Grilled Cajun chicken sliders with Cajun mayo and dill pickles
Mesquite corn
Antipasto pasta salad
Tossed green salad with two dressing options
