Better Business Bureau

Dear Customer and Friend,

If you happen to have looked up Rockwell Catering on the Better Business Bureau website, we may have a less than stellar rating with them. That rating is due to a single complaint with a customer that made false and dishonest claims about my small business. In order to change that rating to an "A", I would have to pay them around $500, and not only is it not worth it, but those types of business ethics are something I cannot support.

Rockwell Catering isn't just my business, it is my passion. I challenge you to find a customer that wasn't completely satisfied by the quality of food and service I strive to provide. Dishonest, unmerited claims about what I do and love is very troublesome to me. In all honesty, I lose sleep over it.

If you have concerns about what Rockwell does, please do not hesitate to call me or meet with me. Let me ease your mind and uncloud your worries. Like I said, this isn't just my job, it is my passion.
