The newlyweds wanted casual appetizers both tray-served and on a buffet. And to sweeten the event, there was an Italian cream soda bar as well. Italian cream sodas are always a big hit. Not only do we pride ourselves in doing cream sodas the authentic way, but we also like to brag about how many flavors we have. We have it all- everything from raspberry to root beer.

Chilled filet mignon crostinis with spicy remoulade
Hand-stuffed mushrooms

Chicken skewers with peanut sauce
Buffet:
Deli crackers and fresh cheese
Spinach artichoke dip
Fresh seasonal fruit

Fresh veggies and dill ranch dip
